Our Board of Directors includes a maximum of 7 members who either live in Louisville, Colorado or have business interest in our city.

The current board is a resurrection of the Louisville Arts and Humanities Council (also known as the Louisville Cultural Council) originally incorporated in 1989. We recognize the work the previous iteration of this board accomplished. The non-profit board dissolved in 2019 and sat dormant through the Covid-19 pandemic and Marshall Fire. At the end of 2022, the non-profit was revived and our first official FLASH meeting took place in August 2023.

FLASH Board History

We meet once a month to strategize fundraising and programming ideas with the ultimate goal to have financial independence and regular programming to support Louisville’s cultural community.
